الملخص

In the evolving landscape of digital education, teachers’ self-efficacy in technology integration plays a pivotal role in shaping effective learning environments. This study utilizes the Fuzzy Delphi Method to identify and validate the key constructs influencing Teacher’s Technology Integration Self-Efficacy, revealing significant consensus among experts. Mastery experiences, vicarious learning, verbal persuasion, and emotional responses are identified as central factors enhancing teachers’ confidence. The study underscores the necessity of targeted professional development that supports these dimensions, promoting effective technological integration. Future research should investigate the longitudinal effects of such development programs and the variance in self-efficacy across different subjects.
